To the members of VIA,
Pursuant to VIA's Articles of Association, Section 10, and resolutions made at the Extraordinary Annual Meeting on 14 March 2025, the Board of Directors hereby convenes an extraordinary annual meeting.
A list of cases and case documents will be sent out no later than two weeks before the meeting, cf. the requirements of the Statute for summons and proceedings.
According to the Statute Section 9, there are “representatives of the members who have the right of assembly and voting. Each member has 1 - one vote”.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the individual organisation to assess the need for authorisation for the representative meeting. The powers of attorney are sent to marie.singelstad@viacluster.no.
Registration deadline is June 11, at noon.
